Attached are the Final Editions of the Highway and Rail Transit Tunnel Inspection Manual and the Maintenance and Rehabilitation Manual from FHWA. These manuals and accompying software were developed in 2002 and presented in 5 regional pilot workshops on Tunnel Management Systems. The software is being reviewed and will be posted soon.
